Da hunting story to beat ALL hunting stories…
Cross the ‘Big Mac’ into the Superior State (otherwise known as Michigan’s U.P.) for a weekend at the Soady Deer Camp as Rueben is on the verge of becoming the oldest Soady man to never have bagged a buck. To change his luck and rid himself of the curse, Rueben tries to convince his father and brother to change some of the rituals of their annual hunting pilgrimage, which sets off a series of uncanny incidents. Written by Michigan native, Jeff Daniels, the Ann Arbor News heralded “ESCANABA…a Super Yooper Comedy.”
