Venture through skid-row to meet Seymour, a down-and-out floral assistant who becomes an overnight sensation when he mysteriously discovers an exotic plant with an insatiable craving for blood! Seymour tries to decide whether his newfound fame and fortune are worth the heinous acts he must commit to keep his beloved plant, Audrey II, alive. Charming, tuneful and hilarious (and firmly tongue-in-cheek), this affectionate sci-fi movie spoof became one of Off-Broadway’s longest-running musicals and achieved household-name status in its film version.
